Since I am a kid, I don't think I ate soooo much of grains.
And the weird fact is I don't really mind.
Really, I enjoy a croissant time to time at 'La Provence', but for the real food, I crave something grainy.
Overall, it makes it easier to count calories, and it seems I finally managed to manage my weight loss to a slow downside curve, slowly getting to 145 Lbs before the marathon, without feeling tired and still full of energy.
